From welcome at Reception, introduction on ward and theater staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and put me at ease.
I was told exactly what would happen throughout my short stay.
All staff seemed happy to be here.

Dr Ketkar was accurate and factual about my condition and put my mind at rest after worry for months about it. He's treated my condition with injections and lots, the nursing staff and experience way better than I could have wished for. I've just had a review with a registrar who gave me good advice on how to maintain my improved condition and keep healthy. The only thing that was slightly confusing was the lady registrar I saw after my first injections gave me conflicting info.
